"My First Boy's Room"

This week I had a client meeting to begin work on my very first teen boy's room.  I have to admit, that as a girly girl, I'm a little out of my element.  Nevertheless, how hard could it be?  Design is design, right?

Here's where we're starting...



You know I'm a big fan of Ikat.  I think it's the perfect modern option for boy bedding.  I was inspired by this space....

So now that we have a color scheme, I need to determine what direction we're going with the accessories. 

I really like these baseball podiums.  The clients are sporty guys and  I could see their baseballs displayed on a floating shelf sitting atop these cool stands....

I fell in love with this super cool coat rack.  A must do!
