In the meantime, here's how the project came to a climax. Baity's Custom Upholstery did a great job pulling together my upholstered pieces. No surprise there. We ran into a little hiccup when I was informed that I was about 10 inches short on fabric for my ottomans. I thought that might happen, so we made lemonade from a lemon situation.
On a hotel note pad I sketched (if you can call it that) a design that ended up being even better than the original plan.

Love when that happens. By Sunday evening all of the upholstered pieces were delivered and they did not disappoint.
Thought I was going to faint when I saw this beauty...
I figured if I had a magazine coming, I should probably just go ahead and get some professional photos of my home made. I should have those soon and will do a proper reveal, but until then, check out this sneak peek.
I can't tell you how obsessed I am with the result. It is my new favorite space in my house.
